We welcome enquiries from individuals who bring professional discipline to their craft, but who are, at heart, genuinely curious about how other people came to be who they are. Fluency in English, Gujarati or Hindi is a considerable advantage, though the disposition to listen carefully matters rather more than any single qualification.
Intellectual honesty above convenient conclusions. Patience with the slow, often invisible work of research. Genuine respect for the families and individuals whose trust we are given. And, above all, an unwavering preference for craftsmanship over convenience, even when convenience would be considerably easier to justify.
